Exit Processes

Track and manage employee departures:

  • Resignation submissions
  • Notice period tracking
  • Exit interview scheduling
  • Final settlement processing
  • Asset return coordination

Exit Workflow

  1. Resignation Submitted — Employee or HR initiates the exit process
  2. Notice Period — Track notice period with last working day calculation
  3. Handover — Ensure knowledge transfer and task handover
  4. Asset Return — Collect all company assets (linked to Asset module)
  5. Final Settlement — Calculate pending salary, leave encashment, gratuity
  6. Exit Complete — Employee record marked as exited

Exit Status

  • Initiated — Exit process started
  • In Progress — Actively going through offboarding steps
  • Completed — All steps finished, employee exited
  • Withdrawn — Resignation withdrawn, employee stays

Dashboard Integration

Active exits appear on the main dashboard under:

  • Active Exits KPI card — Shows offboarding workflows in progress
  • Exit This Month in Team Snapshot — Processes with last working day in current month

Reports

Exit data is available in the Reports module under Exit Management tab for trend analysis and attrition tracking.
