Configure recruitment-specific settings.

Requires: Recruitment module (Pro or Premium plan)

Interview Panel

Set up interview panels for structured interviews:

1. Navigate to Configuration & Setup → Talent Acquisition
2. Go to Interview Panel section
3. Add panel members:
   • Select employees as interviewers
   • Assign specialization areas
   • Set availability

Usage in Recruitment

Interview panels are used when:

• Scheduling interviews for candidates
• Assigning interviewers to specific stages
• Tracking interview feedback from panel members
