Billing Cycle
Plans are available in Monthly or Annual billing cycles. Annual billing offers a discount. You can switch between cycles at any time through the billing page.
Changing Plans
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. When upgrading, the new features become available immediately. When downgrading, access to removed modules is revoked at the end of the current billing period.
User Seats
Each plan includes a set number of paid user seats (admin, manager, and owner roles) and ESS seats (employee self-service users). You can manage ESS seats from the billing page.
